Design Consultation for Redesign Services (Only $249) (Additional $50 for evening or weekend hours.) Step 1 – Consult For Redesign Services We’ll meet with you for 1-2 hours and walk through your new house to discuss your priorities. We can then make recommendations on where to place your existing items and what types of furniture or accessories you may wish to add. Depending on your unique project, recommendations may include strategies for: Furniture placement working with your existing pieces art and accessory placement with existing pieces additional recommendations for furniture, art and accessories paint, wallpaper and finish selections kitchen and bath selections (granite, backsplash, hardware, cabinetry…) lighting selections flooring selections Step 2 – Review “plan of action” This will document all of the priority recommendations that we discussed during the design consultation. The goal of this document is to give you enough detail to confirm that we understand your project needs. Step 3 – Implement the “plan of action” We make implementing the plan easy on you! If you are the DIY type of person, you can choose to implement the ideas that were described in the “plan of action” on your own. Or if you prefer, you can request that we do some or most of the work for you. Additional Services Depending on how much may be needed to transform your space into your new personal haven, we also offer additional services, upon request. Some homeowners feel overwhelmed at the thought to trying to find and buy a variety of items while staying within budget. So we are happy to do the shopping for you! If you decide to hire us to do the shopping, we would then document what would be purchased and confirm the budget we would be working with. This helps ensure that we are all on the same page and that you’ll be pleasantly surprised with your new space! These additional services may include personal shopping to help you complete your look for: Once this initial process is complete, your designer will create and present 3D rendering of your space , custom fabrics and furnishings, wall color, and every design detail.
