PURCHASING MADE EASY Collaborate with your designer in our easy-to-use Shopping List, then our Concierge team places your orders across hundreds of vendors and manages all of the tracking and details for you. FANATICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE You have a single, dedicated Account Manager guiding you through the entire project. Call or email them at any point—their job is to make your unique process as seamless as possible. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE Project Management: Receiving Uncrating Inspecting Returning/Exchanging shipments due to any damage House of merchandise/products until ready to install Project Management: Sourcing Ordering Managing Tracking Installation: Each item is inspected Carefully prepared Expertly packaged for delivery Loading at TDF Unloading on site Placing the new furniture as proposed in “Presentation” Hanging all wall décor and art Rolling out rugs **With meticulous care we pick-up and deliver merchandise from, but not limited to, vendors such as upholsterers, florists, seamstress for drapery, cleaners, and monogramming vendors.
