There are never any hidden or hourly charges. Furniture assembly Not included in the packages the we offer. PACKAGES: Light $399.00 (You give us a budget to work with): Design Services with focus on space planning and finishing touches Homes, Lofts/ Apartments /Condos: This package focuses on space planning using your existing furniture and tying your whole room together with new accessories and finishing touches. Classic $499.00 (You give us a budget to work with) Homes: This allows us to redesign your (Foyer / Den) Guest Bathroom / Dining Room area. Lofts/ Apartments /Condos: This allows us to redesign and decorate your bedroom, den, office or any small room. This package includes complete interior design service. Premium $899.00 (You give us a budget to work with) Homes: This allows us to redesign two large rooms of your choosing. (Living Room / Former Living room.) Or we can do your, (Master Bedroom & Bathroom Combo) (Game Room /Entertainment Room) (Kids Rooms / Bathroom Combo). Lofts/ Apartments /Condos: This allows us to redesign two large rooms of your choosing. (Living Room / Bedroom) (Kids room / Another Bedroom) Kitchen /Dining room area) Den / Computer Room) Specialty Services And Pricing: Window Treatments, Wall Painting, Design Prints Etc..... Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom: $600-$900 (Depending on square footage) Living/Family Room: $900-$3,000 (Depending on square footage) Bedrooms & other room-types: $400-$700 (Depending on square footage) Foyer: $700-$1,500 (Depending on square footage) Powder Room: $280-$600 (Depending on square footage) THE AGREEMENT: After our initial meeting, I write up a Letter of Agreement, where I describe the services you are requesting and detail the payments required, etc. After you signed the agreement, we can get started.
